FALPS’ Annual Meeting, Sept. 23rd

Come join us for our 4th Annual Meeting this Sunday, September 23rd at 1 p.m. at the Pavilion at Matthies Grove in Peoples State Forest on East River Road, Barkhamsted. Join Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Commissioner Rob Klee, State Representative Kevin Witkos and featured speaker Dave Sinish for the celebration. Dave will speak on things you might not know about the Farmington River on this, the 50th anniversary, of the West Branch’s designation as a Wild and Scenic River. There will be hamburgers, hot dogs and other treats following the meeting. The meeting is open to all.
