FALPS is a membership organization and we rely on members to support and believe in our mission.
Membership dues are used to support projects such as boardwalks, bog bridging, information signs, the pollinator garden, etc., as well as special speaker’s fees and the purchase of tools and equipment. We also take advantage of small grants to support our efforts. All of the labor for projects is done by our volunteers.
Members are also given special opportunities for member-only tours, hikes and field trips. We have an annual membership meeting on the third Sunday of September to hear from local leaders, elect a Board of Directors and Officers.
