Join Friends of American Legion and Peoples State Forests (FALPS) on Sunday, April 26, 2026 from 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM at the 11th Annual Barkhamsted Earth Day Nature Festival, co-sponsored by FALPS and the Town of Barkhamsted with funding from the Farmington River Coordinating Committee.

- Build your own Bird Box
- Build your own Walking Stick
- Nature Crafts
- Nature talks on native plants and wildlife
- Try your hand at fly casting on land
- Birds of Prey Show presented by Christine’s Critters at 4:15 PM
- Food, music, and fun for all! Music graciously provided by Cheryl J. Campagne.
